A UX Sprint Driving Innovation, Collaboration, and Change.
Challenge
Our team hosted a two-day, cross-functional event to solve key business challenges quickly, bringing together 100 people to prototype solutions without long development phases.
Solution
Using Design Thinking, we identified pain points, sketched ideas, and prototyped solutions for real-world testing.
Results
In under three days, we generated 500 ideas, created 10 prototypes, and developed a $260M business case—typically a 1.5-year process. My team was one of the winners.
