Facing low engagement, AT&T’s Consumer Digital Organization struggled to unify 11,000 employees. To elevate performance, leadership challenged my team and me to develop an internal program that inspired change.

Role: Design Lead, driving branding and art direction in collaboration with product management, senior leadership, and engineering.

Launched by AT&T’s Consumer Digital Organization, the program provides events, training, and resources through an internal website to unify the workforce.

Expression of Core Values

The logo's overlapping circles symbolize trust, synergy, and growth, with colors reflecting agility and innovation.

Accessibility & WCAG

Text and interactive elements meet WCAG guidelines, ensuring accessibility and usability for all users.

Living Digital Values

The experience is engaging and personal, sharing fun facts and showing employees embodying Digital values daily.

The program also included signs, notebooks, bags, and more to drive engagement and reinforce its message.
