Digital Organization: 11k people connected around a shared purpose.
Challenge
Senior leadership sought to align 11K employees in the Consumer Digital Organization around common goals. I was tasked with translating these into graphics, focusing on 7 key areas: One Team, Agility, Empowerment, Continuous Learning, Trust, Fun, and Effective Communication.
Solution
I designed modern logos and infographics to represent the organization’s values, emphasizing movement, growth, and continuous development.
Results
Leadership embraced the design, expanding the campaign globally with badges, posters, and screensavers, promoting a shared purpose and daily inspiration.
